01 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ck55 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ck55 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to the Bangladesh market and are written in Bengali. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

ck55 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, Teen Patti, and many other entertainment gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. Members are required to follow the terms below in order to use the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the ck55 platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ck55 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until age verification is completed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. To update any information, please contact the ck55 support team.

2.4 Verification Process (KYC)

ck55 may request a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification to verify a member's identity. Verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

Members are required to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.

• The member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
• Keep your password strong — use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious login or account activity, notify ck55 support immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out after your session.
• Allowing another person to use your account or transferring it to someone else is prohibited.

ck55 uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to protect accounts. However, ck55 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a member's own negligence.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the ck55 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods). Deposits should be credited to your account instantly; if there is any delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Members may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in their own name. Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being placed under investigation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ck55 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at ck55, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires completing ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period and conditions, which will be communicated separately.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• ck55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ck55 reserves the right to investigate and take necessary action.

5.4 VIP Program

The ck55 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Advancement to each tier depends on a member's activity. VIP benefits will be communicated individually.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on ck55 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all members:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to ck55's established policy.
• Odds displayed on the website are subject to change; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck55 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All games use a third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) — results are entirely random.
• Game rules are described in each game's instructions; it is the member's responsibility to read them before playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the result will be determined according to ck55's server logs.

6.3 Live Gaming

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. Live games have their own rules and limits. ck55 is not responsible for connection issues during live games.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck55 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
2. Bonus abuse — applying artificial betting strategies with the aim of meeting bonus requirements.
3. Money laundering or attempting to conceal the source of illegal funds.
4. Attempting to hack, cheat, or manipulate the platform's software.
5. Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
7. Misconduct, harassment, or threats toward ck55 support staff or employees.
8. Cyberattacks aimed at harming the platform or its users.
9. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person.
10. Payment fraud or chargeback fraud.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 ck55's Actions

ck55 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Member's Request to Close Account

A member may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account. Voluntary account closure requests must be made through the support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions for an extended period may be marked as inactive. ck55's policy regarding the preservation of inactive account balances will apply. Contact support to reactivate your account.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

ck55 places the highest importance on the security of members' personal information. To learn more about our full privacy policy, please visit the Privacy Policy page.

• Members' personal information is protected through SSL encryption.
• ck55 does not sell members' personal information to third parties without their consent.
• Information may need to be provided to authorities in order to meet legal obligations.
• Information may be used to improve the user experience in accordance with our cookie policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ck55 is not liable for the following:

• Games or bets affected by loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by technical issues in third-party game software.
• Losses caused by problems with the member's own device or network.
• Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, and similar events.
• Consequences of a member's gambling habits or personal decisions related to gaming.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck55 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, interface design — is the intellectual property of ck55. Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

• Reusing, distributing, or modifying ck55's logos, trademarks, or content without permission is prohibited.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's software is prohibited.
• Separate written permission is required to use ck55's brand name or logo for commercial purposes.

12 Changes to Terms

ck55 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified as far in advance as possible — via a notice on the website or by email.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Members are advised to visit this page regularly.
